Participants data will disclosed on the registration form transferred to the Organiser who will process the personal data only for the purpose of organising the Event.

Organizer will take care for time keeping, placing and result announcement.

A participant should agree that their photographs can be disclosed to the photographer appointed by the Organiser, purpose of sharing event photos on our website or social media.
