B. Our organization will not be held responsible for any injuries, damages, losses, or claims arising from participation in the event, except in cases of proven negligence.

# Force Majeure:
A. Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations under these terms and conditions due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, or pandemics.
Severability:
B. If any provision of these terms and
conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
