# Terms & Conditions

1. We are not supposed to tackel the BIB Exchange. We will Disqualify them Immediately.

2. No entry Without BIB .

3. Bib Number and T-shirt distribution Date, Venue & Timings details will be updated After Closing Registration on social media and website. Participants will get mail also.

4. Bib No. (Chest number) and T-shirt distribution will not provide on event Day.

5. Please do not litter anything on route. Dustbins will be available on route.

6. Runners will get Finisher Medal , Energy Drink & Refreshments after finishing their running.

7. Event Photos , Race Result & Timing Certificate download after 1 day from the event date. Participants will get race result website & photos link on their E-mail ID & Universal Runners Facebook Page :

8. Participants need to be at least 5 years old for the 3km run , participants need to be at least 8 years old for the 5km run 8. Participants need to be at least 12 years old for the 10.55 km run

9. Participants need to be at least 18 years old for the ( HALF MARATHON )

10 . Baggage Store Counter will be there on Race Day .

11. Parking facilities will be there .

12. There is no cancellation after registration. In case such incidents happen. Then participates need to do mail before 10 days of our event then only can refund done. And refund will be initiated after 10 days of our event.

13. Refund requests must be made in writing and sent to our designated email address.

13. If our event get cancelled or postpone due to government guidlines and climate change. Than amount will not be refundable. This registration will be add in our upcoming event. And We will inform you ASAP about our upcoming event.

14. Please call for an ambulance or aid if you ever do feel dizzy or unsteady

# Confirmation mail

Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email with all details related to the event.
If you do not receive any registration confirmation details in mail after registration ticket, then you can visit on same page of website and ask for his registerration conformation ticket.

# General Terms:

b. By registering for an event, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

c. Our organization reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

# Natural Calamity:
a. In the event of a natural calamity, such as severe weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, the marathon event may be cancelled or postponed.

B. After registration. If any changes or edits are required by participants or transfer the registration for other then need to mail us before 10 days of our event date.
